2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for:

• Teachers and Administrators for academic oversight.
• Institutions for digital education deployment.

Users must be at least 13 years old, or use Zerreta under the supervision of a guardian or school authority.

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Schools are responsible for creating and managing accounts.
• Users must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Sharing or unauthorized use of another account is strictly prohibited.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use Zerreta for lawful, educational purposes only. You agree not to:

• Upload false, plagiarized, or harmful content.
• Disrupt the platform or compromise its security.
• Use bots or scraping tools to extract data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (text, code, algorithms, logos) is the exclusive property of Zerreta Learnings. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute without permission.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting assignments, test answers, or uploads:

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant Zerreta a license to use, analyze, and improve the platform based on such content.

7. Subscriptions & Fees

Some services may require payment. Our pricing is subject to change with prior notice. All payments are final and non-refundable, unless clearly stated otherwise.

8. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, store, and use your data, in compliance with India's IT Act, 2000 and relevant data protection laws.

9. AI-Driven Tools Disclaimer

Zerreta uses Artificial Intelligence for performance tracking, feedback, and assessments. These are supportive tools and not a substitute for teacher judgment or academic grading.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zerreta is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms. Users may delete their account by contacting support or through the admin panel.

12. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
